Please use this feature carefully; by default, the USB storage is blocked. Any changes made to this setting will enable users to copy data to and from a USB storage device.

Please follow the steps below to enable/disable USB storage on the devices managed under your organization's account.

  1. Browse to Entsecure OS Manager Portal (https://portal.entsecure.com)

  2. Navigate to System Settings on the left menu (as shown in the screenshot)

  1. Use the toggle under USB Storage to enable/disable the USB storage for all the managed devices, as shown in the screenshot below.

  1. Once done, press the Save Configurations button.

USB Storage settings changes take around an hour to get synced to all your devices.
