Use this feature with caution and only allow applications that you trust and have tested. Entsecure takes no responsibility of any issues caused due to a third-party application.

This feature on the OS Manager admin portal allows you to set or modify the applications that will be allowed to be installed on the devices managed by your organization.

You can select the applications to be mandatory or optional. Mandatory apps will be automatically be installed on these machines, while users will have an option to choose to install the optional apps using the Entsecure App Store

Any application (mandatory or optional) removed from the configuration will be automatically uninstalled from the devices.

Follow the steps below to manage applications on your devices:

  1. Browse to Entsecure OS Manager Portal (

  2. Navigate to App Management on the left menu (as shown in the screenshot)

  3. You can search for the apps you want. Click on Know More to find out more about the apps. You can select the app to be installed on your devices by checking either the Mandatory or Optional box next to the app, as shown in the screenshot below.

  1. Once done, press the Save Configurations button.

Application settings changes take around an hour to get synced to all your devices. However, new optional apps are available instantly on the Entsecure App Store
